Katelin Parkinson

Katelin ParkinsonNaturopathic Doctor

Hi there! My name is Katelin Parkinson; I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Women’s Health & Wellness Consultant. I received my Doctorate of Naturopathy from one of seven accredited naturopathic medical programs in North America. Prior to moving to Indianapolis, I worked in a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Toronto, Canada where I was a part of a diverse medical wellness team.

My approach as a ND incorporates evidence-based functional medicine with traditional and holistic approaches to care. I provide integrative and preventative health services to the clients I work with using a variety of naturopathic modalities including vitamin, mineral and herbal supplementation, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling and specialty lab testing. I focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease and believe that preventative and proactive care is the best wellness strategy.

I embody the principles of naturopathic medicine and practice what I preach on a daily basis. I also understand the importance of balance and work with my clients to find health solutions that will become lifelong habits rather than short-term solutions. I can support a variety of health concerns including but not limited to hormone health, menstrual disorders, thyroid concerns, nutrition and digestive health, mental health, sleep issues, fertility and pregnancy care. I have a special interest in women’s health and have pursued additional training as a Holistic Reproductive Healthcare Practitioner and Fertility Awareness Method Educator.
